Why you need it
In standard Tally, checking where stock went means opening the Stock Summary, then Movement Analysis, then each voucher type separately. Store keepers, accountants and owners lose time, and negative stock or missing transfers are found only at the year-end audit or VAT review. This Tally TDL puts the complete stock movement of all items side by side, so you can reconcile stock, spot errors and answer “where did this stock go?” in seconds.
What this customization does
- One-line movement for every item — Opening, Purchase, Purchase Return, Sales, Sales Return, Transfer In, Transfer Out, Other/Adjustment and closing Balance.
- Colour-coded columns — purchases in green, sales and returns in red, stock transfers in purple, adjustments in orange, so the eye finds problems quickly.
- Summary cards on top — total Items, Purchase In, Sales Out, Transfer In, Transfer Out and Balance Qty for the selected period.
- Negative stock shown clearly — items with (-) balance stand out, helping you correct entries before audit, stock taking or VAT filing.
- Filter by Stock Group — view all groups or one category such as foodstuff, electronics, spare parts or building materials.
- Quantity view with units — Pcs, Box, Kg, Carton or any unit of measure set in Tally.
- Grand total row with item count, plus a print footer with print date and your company name.
- Branded design — navy and gold company header that matches our other Tally reports; ready to print, export to Excel or PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Does this TDL change my stock values or vouchers?
No. It only reads your existing TallyPrime data and shows it in a new report.
Can it show value (SAR) as well as quantity?
The standard version is quantity only. A value version with rate and amount columns can be added on request.
Will it work with multiple godowns or branches?
Yes. Transfers between godowns, warehouses or branches are shown in the Transfer In and Transfer Out columns.
Can you install it outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Installation and support are done remotely for clients in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.
