Customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC expect a clear statement before they pay. The standard Tally ledger is hard for a non-accountant to read. This TDL gives you a clean statement with opening balance, total debit, total credit and closing balance on top, followed by every transaction with a running balance — ready to print, save as PDF or email from TallyPrime.

What this customization does

  • Branded header — your company name and city on a navy banner with a gold "STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT" title.
  • Statement details box — Period From, Period To, Statement Date and Currency (SAR or any currency).
  • Account summary tiles — Opening Balance, Total Debit, Total Credit and Closing Balance in separate colours.
  • Transaction table — Date, Voucher No., Particulars, Other Ref, Voucher Type, Debit, Credit and running Balance with Dr/Cr.

Bonus: branded Trial Balance

The same navy and gold design is applied to the Trial Balance. It shows Opening Balance, Transactions and Closing Balance in Debit and Credit columns, with group totals in bold, debit amounts in blue and credit amounts in green. In print it adds page numbers, Carried Over totals and a "continued…" note so multi-page reports stay neat for management and auditors.
